Fram's Food Pairing Experience
Enjoy a tutored tasting with one of our resident Beer or Wine Geeks, available in our Leeds bar only.
Enjoy a leisurely tutored tasting of some of our incredible cheeses and charcuterie paired expertly with your choice of tipple, either beer or wine. Our Wine or Beer Geek will talk you through their choices of food and drink during the experience.

The pairing experiences cost £45 per person and are available for between 4 and 20 people, everyone within the group must choose the same drink option. It will last between 1 and 1.5 hours and is available Sunday to Friday (excluding Friday evenings from 5pm onwards).
We find if we hold them during our busiest periods of Friday evening and Saturdays our lovely team cannot provide the attention required to make it the fantastic experience you deserve.
If you choose to pair wine you will receive 5 x 75ml glasses of wine and if you choose a beer pairing you will receive 5 x 125ml/third pints of beer. Each drink is paired with either a meat or cheese alongside some of our delicious sourdough bread.
To book:
Please go to our Leeds booking page. Choose the number of guests you would like to book your experience for and your preferred date. From the options that then pop up choose "Food Pairing Experience" and your preferred time, choose any end time to move to the next page. Enter your details and your booking request will go through to our Bookings Managers.
This is just a request and once we can confirm a date and time we will send through a link for the pre-payment which we require full payment of before confirming your booking. We ask that you contact us with as much notice as possible if you need to re-arrange and your payment will not be refunded if you fail to do this within 24hrs of your booking start time or do not show up on the day.
To get you booked in, ideally we require 2 weeks notice for groups up to 10 people and 4 weeks notice for groups over 10 people to enable us to line up the staff required. However if you are wishing to book sooner, please do get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
