Bar Supervisor & Resident Beer Geek at Friends of Ham Leeds

You must be a lover of good beer for this job. Your focus will be managing the bar team and ensuring the bar runs smoothly during service, plus working with the AMs to ensure the back office running of the bar, beer and wine side of things. You will be involved in staff recruitment for the bar, staff bar training, stock counting and ordering, menus, beer events, line cleaning and other cellar management tasks, managing bar paperwork and invoicing, managing bar consumables and beer blog writing if it takes your fancy. You will be the voice of the bar and will need to keep your ears to the ground on what beers are new, researching new breweries and generally making sure our beer range is one of the best in the country!

You must have bar experience at a managerial level before, ideally cellar trained already and ownership of a personal licence would be beneficial. You must work well in a team, be good at multitasking, live beer and enjoy a good stocktake session.  Please send your CV and covering letter to:
