We are being joined by the guys down at Yonder Brewing & Blending who are kindly making the trip up from Somerset to play out with us.
This is going to be a full tap takeover, showcasing 7 incredible beers. Whilst you enjoy the goodness, you’ll have a chance to chat to the guys from Yonder, who’ll be happy to chew off your ear about the weird & wonderful world of mixed fermentation beers.
We will be selling Yonder pairing beer flights. 3 or 6 beers, with 3 or 6 beautiful cheeses/meats to create a tasting experience like you’ve never had before.
Loop: Rhubarb and Magnolia // 4.4%
The Loop Series is a range of tart wheat beers, brewed with Yonder’s house cultures, fermented and aged in oak and blended with a medley of locally farmed and foraged ingredients.
This blend, released in Spring 2019, features Yorkshire’s finest forced rhubarb, alongside locally foraged magnolia petals, which bring a subtle, warming, ginger-like spice to compliment the tart and fruity flavours.
Dunstan’s Exile // 5.5% // Belgian Style Pale with Botanticals
Bugs // 4% // Gose-style beer brewed with British juiced carrots, coriander seed and Cornish sea salt
Yonder Pils // 4.7% // Pilsner
