Secondary fermentation with everyone’s favourite yeast – brettanomyces – gives this farmhouse ale a mighty old dose of funk. We love funk. Sweet apple, spicy pepper and fresh bread are all hanging around the edges of a big, pineappley, tangy blast of brett. Banger.
Dugges Tropic Sunrise
Another fitting name for a fantastic beer. Tropic Sunrise is brewed with lactobacillus for lovely sour yoghurt flavours, and then fermented with pineapple, raspberry and mango. For pineapple, raspberry and mango flavours. Tart and juicy with a bitter, hoppy finish. Treat.
DIPAs have been everywhere this year, but Neb remains a classic and a standard-bearer. Massive pineapple and grapefruit on the nose is followed by resin and pine, and a big, full fudgey mouthfeel. And it has a great name that is fun to say. Champion.Back to News
